Terms & Conditions — lovejl Casino Player Agreement

In these Terms & Conditions, the following terms shall have the meanings set out below unless the context clearly requires otherwise:

Registration of multiple accounts by the same individual — whether using different email addresses, mobile numbers, or payment methods — is strictly prohibited. All duplicate accounts will be suspended and any funds held across those accounts may be forfeited at lovejl's discretion.

4.2 Accurate Information. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration and to maintain the accuracy of that information throughout the lifetime of your Account. lovejl may reject or suspend any Account where the information provided is found to be inaccurate, incomplete, or misleading.

4.3 Account Security. You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your lovejl login credentials, including your password and any two-factor authentication details. You agree to:

• Choose a strong, unique password for your lovejl Account.
• Enable two-factor authentication via your registered Philippine mobile number.
• Not share your account credentials with any third party under any circumstances.
• Notify lovejl support immediately upon becoming aware of any unauthorized access to your Account.
• Log out of your Account after each session, particularly when using a shared or public device.

4.4 lovejl will never request your password via SMS, email, live chat, or any other channel. Any communication claiming to be from lovejl and requesting your password should be treated as a phishing attempt and reported to our support team immediately.

5.1 Accepted Payment Methods. lovejl accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via the following Philippine payment methods: GCash, PayMaya, BPI, BDO, and Metrobank. All transactions are conducted in Philippine Peso (PHP). lovejl does not accept cryptocurrency or foreign currency transactions.

5.2 Minimum Deposit. The minimum deposit amount at lovejl Casino is ₱50. lovejl does not impose transaction fees on deposits. However, individual payment providers may apply their own transaction charges, for which lovejl accepts no liability.

5.6 Payment Method Consistency. lovejl applies a same-payment-method withdrawal policy where operationally feasible — meaning withdrawals will generally be returned to the same payment method used for the associated deposit.

6.1 lovejl Casino may offer bonuses, free spins, cashback offers, reload bonuses, and other promotional incentives to players from time to time. All promotional offers are subject to specific terms that are published at the point of claiming and take precedence over these general Terms where there is any conflict specific to that promotion.

6.2 Wagering Requirements. All Bonus Funds issued by lovejl are subject to wagering requirements before they may be withdrawn. Where bonus abuse is identified, lovejl reserves the right to:

• Reclaim any bonus funds already credited to the account.

6.4 lovejl reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any promotional offer at any time without prior notice, provided that any such modification does not affect bonuses already actively claimed and in use by a player.

7.1 All games available on the lovejl platform are governed by the individual game rules displayed within each game's information panel. In the event of any conflict between in-game rules and these Terms, the in-game rules shall apply to that specific game.

7.3 Technical Malfunctions. • Accessing or attempting to access the platform from a jurisdiction where online gambling is prohibited.
• Registering or maintaining more than one Account on the lovejl platform.
• Providing false, inaccurate, or misleading information during registration or KYC verification.
• Using the platform for any purpose connected with money laundering or terrorist financing.
• Transferring Account funds to another player or facilitating peer-to-peer transactions using lovejl balances.
• Using any automated software, bot, script, or artificial intelligence tool to interact with the platform or its games.
• Attempting to reverse-engineer, decompile, or copy any part of the lovejl platform's software or content.

9.1 Closure by Player. You may request the closure of your lovejl Account at any time by contacting our support team. Account closure requests will be processed within 5 business days. Any remaining Real Money Balance will be returned to your registered payment method following completion of KYC verification.

9.2 Closure by lovejl. lovejl reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any Account where:

• A breach of these Terms has been identified or is suspected.
• KYC documentation requested has not been provided within a reasonable period.
• lovejl is required to do so by law, court order, or PAGCOR directive.
• Fraudulent, abusive, or prohibited conduct has been identified on the Account.
• The player requests self-exclusion under the Responsible Gaming provisions.

9.3 Upon closure due to a Terms breach, any Bonus Funds and winnings derived from bonus play that have not yet met applicable wagering requirements will be forfeited. Real Money Balance may also be withheld pending investigation where fraud or money laundering is suspected.

14.1 These Terms & Conditions are governed by and shall be construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to its conflict of laws principles.

14.2 Internal Complaints Process. If you have a complaint about any aspect of lovejl's services, you must first contact our support team via live chat or email. We will acknowledge your complaint within 24 hours and endeavor to resolve it within 10 business days.

14.3 PAGCOR Escalation. If your complaint is not resolved to your satisfaction through lovejl's internal process, you may escalate it to PAGCOR as the regulatory authority responsible for overseeing lovejl Casino's operations in the Philippines.

14.4 Any dispute that cannot be resolved through the internal complaints process or PAGCOR escalation shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Republic of the Philippines.

15.1 lovejl reserves the right to update or amend these Terms & Conditions at any time. Material changes will be communicated to players via email notification to the registered account email address and/or a prominent notice on the lovejl platform prior to the changes taking effect.

15.2 The date of the most recent revision is displayed at the top of this page. Continued use of the lovejl platform following publication of updated Terms constitutes your acceptance of those updated Terms. If you do not accept an amendment, you must stop using the platform and may request account closure as described in Section 9.
